Belt conveyor is mainly composed of drum, conveyor belt and bracket. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the driving drum. Another drum used to change the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called the reverse drum(Bend pulley). The driving drum is driven by a motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is driven by the friction force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving drum is usually installed at the unloading end to increase the traction force, which is conducive to pulling the belt.
